We engaged Joshua with Mold Busters USA in Oklahoma to assist us with mold remediation at our home. Josh was very prompt to respond to my questions and traveled outside of his service area to meet with us. He spent as much time as needed going over all of our property, answering questions, giving guidance and advice on the best route to take with this project. He did not try to give us a "hard sell" speech or anything like that. I feel the cost is very, very reasonable ($1/square foot) and there were no hidden or unexpected expenses or fees. Joshua arrived promptly for the remediation appointment, worked quickly and thoroughly, and left nothing behind. The house had a faint vinegar-y smell, which is what he told us to expect. I can tell that our AC is working more efficiently already. He has been happy to answer all of our questions and has made himself available to answer questions going forward, as we are installing a crawl space dehumidifier to finish the project. From beginning to end, Mold Busters, their staff and services were just awesome. I found out I had mold toxicity when I started getting hives. This made me very anxious and depressed because as we know, mold remediation can be very expensive and time consuming. They did an amazing job! Unfortunately had to get some mold removed from our home but Alberto made it easy! They did a really thorough job and finished in good time. I highly recommend! Other places tried to charge twice as much for the same job and required even more demolition than was needed. Mold busters saved us a ton of money with their fog treatment because they didnt have to demolish everything to get rid of the mold. They do amazing cleanup for an amazing price and they were very trustworthy in our home while we had to be away for the fog.
